We are proud to welcome Jane Eldridge to our Boston Road Capital team as our new Office Manager.

With 29 years of experience in team management roles across multiple finance companies, Jane brings an exceptional level of professionalism and knowledge to the team.

For the past five years as a Co-Office Manager for private stockbroking company Lodge Partners, she dealt with high net-worth clients and wholesale investors, as well as having managed Equity Capital Market work, IPO documents and spreadsheets and general day to day office work.

Jane’s expert knowledge also comes from an array of experience in similar roles, including working as a Dealers Assistant for both Baillieu Holst and UBS Securities, a Team Leader for Macquarie Equities Ltd, and as a Personal Assistant to the Equity Team at JPMorgan at the beginning of her professional career.

As a dedicated, organised worker who prides herself on ensuring the office runs smoothly and customers are treated with care, Jane also ensures her staff are looked after, encouraging a positive work culture.

Jane has accomplished a Diploma at the Securities Institute of Australia, and completed her education at St Catherine’s School in Toorak.
